Meet Our Guiding Star - Frank
What started out as a few pet goats in 2019, has turned into a unique adventure. These little goats with big personalities have us hooked! Each year, we selectively breed up with the ultimate goal of making the best goat we can. We like to focus on improving structure, while increasing the milking capability of our doe herd.
Frank is the result of our first breeding and each year, she betters herself. Beginning with her granddam that scored A++F 71, to her dam scoring GAVA 79, to Frank at GGVG 83, we're determined to continue making improvements all stemming from our lovable Frank!
While we do attend some shows, we pride ourselves on our participation in ADGA’s Linear Appraisals, when available, and we have been active in ADGA’s DHIR Program since 2024. We have been a clean tested herd since starting the herd in 2019, testing annually for CAE, CL, and Johne’s Disease.
